Yea..... I would be cool with that too.... keep that oline strong.
My thing about getting ANOTHER WR is
Deebo,
Bourne
Goodwin (until we cut him, still here)
Hurd
Taylor
James Jr
Pettis
Matthews
Possible still Sanders
And like 2 other niccas I ain’t even named yet they are like development cats.
It’s like GOTDAMN how many more WRs do we need? We trynna become Lions 2.0?

I dont think they gonna bring back Sanders. Matthews wouldnt make the team anyway. Taylor havent played in 2 years aint sure he'd even survive a training camp.
My money says they try and outsmart themselves, and probably trade down from 13 and back from 31 and end up with at least a 2nd for day 2, and maybe another 4th in there somewhere, and very likely go and get a CB. I don't think they're sold on Akhello long-term and Sherman's a year older.
I imagine the plan is to, between Deebo and Hurd, have players that can catch, run hard after the pass, but also take screens/occasionally outrun run the ball from personnel groupings without a clear RB. And... Kyle likes to get cute, so I could see them sending McKinnon (why is that nikka still here?) out wide to swing Hurd into the backfield just to end up throwing a goddamned screen to Kittle because... Kyle gon' Kyle. Unless a top WR plummets down, I can't see them taking a WR in the first unless it's literally one of the top 2-3 who freefalls.
Could also see them taking OL early.
What I'm saying is, I can't really see the team going with a skill player, big-splash pick this year. Prudence will likely win the day, and there will be a lot of groaning and 'who?' when the pick is finally announced.
That being said, I swear to god if they take a RB at all in the draft, someone needs to violently shake Lynch.
backseat GMing for a second, with a possibly unpopular opinion: I'd call Carolina and offer them 31 for their 2nd and Cam. Then call Belichick and see if he wants to slide their second for Jimmy. Then you have #13, two 2nds and Cam. Take the flyer, and if it doesn't work out in 2 years then bush him. Kyle's offense seems like it's missing piece isn't even the catching RB so much as a QB that can produce some with his legs. Not all the time, but when Kittle is on a seam and Deebo has dragged coverage away with a slant, having a QB who can grab 5 yards for an easy 1st without his lower legs detaching and launching into the fifth row is easy production.
I don't dislike Jimmy. But in the current situation, I think he's more valuable to NE than necessary to SF.
Cam is a fukking weirdo, though. That being said, if dude is feeling right again physically, that'd be quite the spectacle to put on to lure people back out the house once all this COVID stuff hopefully is wrangled.

dont really see cam happening. shanny usually doesn't look those kind of qbs a lot of question marks about his physical readiness too. thing about jimmy, we are entering the backloaded part of the contract soon. I haven't seen cam situation but I doubt its as rosy there.

Neither can pass a physical right now. If Taylor lost a step from this injury he won’t be in the league. Hurd has a history of injury problems, I consider them both damaged goods
Most people consider Jeff Okudah to be the best CB in the draft but while I think he will be a good starter, I question if he is the best value at #13 considering a need for a marquee receiver.
I'd rather we look at a guy like Reggie Robinson from Tulsa, who fits the mold of what we want in a CB and should be there in the 3rd round.
