My best time for that race is around 48 minutes for the 12K (7.5 miles)
breh in 48 mins I can only crank out a 10K so more power to you for being able to do that
after I ran the NY Marathon (which was amazing) in November, I took some time to think if I'd ever do distance again because I'm hitting the gym hard these days and just started up with a trainer. My race limit is prolly gonna be 10Ks at this point but I'm gonna qualify for the 2015 marathon and train for that at some point since I know what to expect at this point.
