Feds Question Whether ‘P-Diddy’ Combs Raped Underage Boys
Self-described “hip-hop” mogul Sean “P. Diddy” Combs (formerly known as “Puff Daddy”), has found himself the center of a child molestation and rape scandal that much of the media seems to be sweeping under the rug for the mega-rich star.
A major Federal investigation into cocaine trafficking raised these side questions and investigations into the 43-year-old Bad Boy Records founder’s activity with underage boys.
The rumors began when Federal investigators interrogating the former hip hop manager Jimmy “The Henchman” Rosemond. The agents wanted to know about the predilections of Combs, who has 5 children with 3 women. While Combs has long been rumored to be bisexual, nothing had suggested that he was involved in any illegal or non-consensual contact with underage boys.
Rosemond, the music manager-turned-cocaine kingpin, says specifically that he was asked about Combs “having sexual relationships with under age boys,” a claim confirmed according to a U.S. District Court filing.
An affidavit which was included as part of a new trial motion filed last month recounted Rosemond’s involvement in a series of nine pre-trial “proffer” sessions, where was questions by federal agents, federal prosecutors, and Drug Enforcement Administration and Internal Revenue Service agents.
Investigators eventually decided against cutting a deal with Rosemond. He was subsequently convicted of running a drug ring, selling millions of dollars’s worth of cocaine.
At Rosemond’s trial last year, this line of questioning was further confirmed by IRS Agent Marc Van Driessche who testified that investigators did indeed question him about his business transactions with Al Sharpton and Wyclef Jean and Combs. While Rosemond said Jean and Al Sharpton had not taken part in any illegal activity, he apparently did not clear Combs.
Rosemond continued, then “asked about entertainers sexual preferences, including, but not only, Sean Combs having sexual relationships with under age boys.” The exact details of the proffer session, where Rosemond was offered an array of deals, cannot be made public.
