why was this heavy ass scene included in this movie tommy was really on some “am i brothers keeper shyt” as a baby.... that’s menace behavior

shyt you not brehs, I watched this as like a 5 year old in theaters, that scene was just so incredibly fukked up, went from being this happy go lucky movie to some dark shyt cause I realized instantly he was gonna use his brother as bait to go get eaten (or something close to it) by some circus monkeys (cause logically that's what was gonna happen of he's putting something they' would find as tasting good on his brother) and I was shook

Like they legit was teasing infanticide in this movie, that was just flagrant and uncomfortable as fukk but pretty nice story telling

This movie legit scarred me a bit but it was still one I kept watching over and over as a kid. Me and my mom loved rugrats. Used to lay in bed w/her as a youngin and watch it every night together.
