DBR losing is a mystery. Dude easily had the better beat and most of the comments in the thread stated that, but some how that sample loop beat came from behind and got more votes.

Still a good battle, but I was surprised as fukk.

What's really getting at me is they make all kinds of accommodations for the trolls, race baiters and weirdos on this site, but we're trying to do something legit and fun for the site and I feel we're getting pushed to the side and rushed. a lot of work goes into make a good beat, they need to respect that.

But it's cool I just want to fix up the first round then we can continue forward.

What worked for the audio battle tourney might not work for the beat battle tourney.

Most battle raps were around 2 mins and occasionally 4 minutes, but instrumentals are of a different breed. Hell, some people's beats don't drop until the 45 sec. mark. Most beats are going to be like 3 minutes are longer. Keep in mind, that sometimes you're going to listen to them again if both nikkas bring it.
