NIICCEE battle on this one. These are real close ones I had to go back and listen to them both again! Akademiks beat was tough no doubt but Vagina theif had a better mix for sure I like how he put a Filter on it then brough it back. Vagina Theif gets my vote.

Reminded me of some Mike Will Made It type shyt... I can DEFINITELY see this track getting some attention. Sounds like it should be on Kush & Orange Juice part 2.

@AkaDemiK beat had me mean muggin' as soon as it dropped. shyt was HARD. I've definitely heard the sample before (Pharoah AND Ghost, I believe), but I've NEVER heard it flipped like that. Crazy.

Definitely one of the best battles thus far. I give the slight edge to Vagina Thief. Great work as always, fellas. Can't wait to hear what y'all drop next.

This was the tuffest battle out of all the first rounders for me to judge. Ive listened to both beats 5 or 6 times now. Both are real dope. Akademik's sample choice was great and the way he choppeed it. The vocal sample part for the chrous was a nice touch.

I just love the mellow smoked out vibe that Thief did with his beat. Everything was on point, drums, mix, instruments choice. The filter out choice for the chrous too was great. I had to give it thief by a close-close margin.
