This was a real close battle for me to judge cause yall both came with some dope beats.
I really liked Unknown's sample choice and the way I think he layered the other vocal choice on top the main sample, I thought all that sounded dope. The only real slight knock on it was the drums, specifically the kick drum was a bit low in the mix. If you were going for the lo-fi I think maybe a more dry hi hat woulda made that kick not stand out like that. But overall I was really fukking with the beat. It had that somber, introspective, last track on an album feel that i feel a lot of rappers could get on.
Black Droog's beat was real creative, dark, and grimy. I thought the drums really knocked on it too and the build up was real nice, almost movie chase scene like. That was dope.
I still rocked with Unknown though in this battle. The feel of his beat was just more my style.
