Round 1: Chubbs vs DBR

I see we in the trap on this one, cool. I'm kinda tired of the sound itself, but i won't knock u brothers for it. DBR got this one imo. The mix was better and he had more pieces to the sound while I felt Chubbs was a bit more on the hollow side with his instrumentation and other sounds. The lil things won DBR this battle, for example his horn stab...compare the mix to chubbs horn which was mixed rather low. The gunshots/reloading added a lot to DBR's beat as well...

Ya'll didn't make this easy whatsoever, i've been stuck on this since it was posted. I had to break it down my head( drum pattern, bass, melody etc). Wasn't an easy choice but had to go with DBR, he had that slight edge in terms of percussion's. to you both on a great battle.

the highly anticipated battle of the Trap Kings. Both of these joints go hard as fukk. nikka know I can appreciate a dope trap beat and both of ya'll delivered.

This shyt was real close. I think DBR edged it out though. I just think his beat had all the lil subtle changes and instruments that really gave it life. The gun cocks, the lil chants, the beat pausing and starting, etc... Chubbs beat prolly had the better melody cuz that shyt was addictive to a nikka, but overall DBR had the cleaner more polished and complete beat.
