This battle is definitely trapped out. Usually with these type of battles what separates the winner from the loser is having some type of different element, that distinguishes you from any other producer out their doing that style. I felt DBR had that on this one. Both good beats overall.

:whew: the highly anticipated battle of the Trap Kings. Both of these joints go hard as fukk. nikka know I can appreciate a dope trap beat and both of ya'll delivered.

This shyt was real close. I think DBR edged it out though. I just think his beat had all the lil subtle changes and instruments that really gave it life. The gun cocks, the lil chants, the beat pausing and starting, etc... Chubbs beat prolly had the better melody cuz that shyt was addictive to a nikka, but overall DBR had the cleaner more polished and complete beat.

Good shyt brehs.

practically the same style, same everything, its damn near a tie. I gave it to DBR on the mere fact that his mixdown was better. :manny:

This was the battle I was looking forward to the most this round. Yall both didn't disappoint on the beats.

Both of yall have got the trap formula down pact so for this battle it kinda came down to the little extra things cause both yall melodies were on point, drums were great, and mixes (To my ears at least) were good too. I really liked that bass glide effect that DBR was using. I felt like it just gave the beat a different feel and bounce to it that I was rocking with hard. Plus the other little transitions he used throughout the beat for me took it over the top by a hair for me.

Great battle. Looking forward to the next beats yall both put up.

bruh, I'm not dissing your mixdown, it wasn't shytty or anything, it's also on par. 2 other people agreed with me tho, his was just a tad bit louder and more full sounding. It's all I could go by because you both had the same trap formula/sound, it was a solid tie, so I just had to go with which ever one sounded the most lush. If it were up to me, it would be a tie, but there's no tie option.

I don't think this was an unintentional matchup. Both of ya'll got that trap sound down so well its almost :troll: to separate the two. I'mma have to really stew on this one.

Both of these are dope as hell...for some reason DBR's had me bouncing just a lil bit more here at my desk. Hard to vote against either of these though.
