Why is your form ass if you’ve been lifting for years lmao. I say the only thing I need to really fix is getting more power from my legs when benching.


Why is it ass? Because bench gets the least amount of focus in my training (less practice). Because, anatomically, it is the most difficult of the power lifts for me to perform. Because its improvements are the smallest compared to my squat or pull. Because when I'm not zoned in, it's the easiest lift for my muscles to not engage in and my form to become inconsistent on.

If you can't generate leg drive it sounds like your form is ass too. :usure:
