The only place where people can differentiate is in terms of culture. Black people from Georgia and black people from Cuba are not going to relate simply because they have black skin. There's more to things than just that. But they shouldn't fukkin act like one is beneath the other. And a lot of latino blacks and mixed people from the Caribbean & South America do it.

The shyt going on right now in the DR with Haitians is beyond disgusting.
Sure, the island has a contentious history between the two countries. But most Hatians in DR just want to work to support their families. These are generally quiet, highly religious people. Most of them. There's no need to round them up like Jews in Nazi Germany and shyt. Haitians eliminated slavery in the DR. We have enough in common that we should be able to get along.
