They're cancelling shows without announcing replacements and letting go of on-air talent (and probably even more behind the scenes people we don't know)

This was a Turner move. They decided not to renew her contract.

Hasn't she only done basketball? NBATV is operated by Turner so she can't go there. Maybe Espn or Fox Sports?

TNT did her dirty. She left that Warriors job for it. Honestly she didn't really add value to TNT so I can see why, her halftime and end game interviews were nothing spectacular or memorable, the player interviews she would do between games 1 on 1 were barely featured. Look at Rachel Nichols for example, she adds something to ESPN with her interviews and gets information out of the players.
