Terrible route but you a Fields cheerleader if you completely absolve him of this. 2nd and 10 and that’s the risk you take? for what a 10 yard gain? Against Jaire Alexander? He could have easily just hit the rb running the out but he predetermined where he was going to go before the snap.

Breh you can’t put that on fields at all if EQ runs the route correctly that’s a easy completion EQ came off the break to slow and took to many steps on the top of the route jaire made a good play but if thats Mooney running that route it’s a easy first down

Fields improved tremendously when they let him be who he is. Bears need playmakers now. I want to see him protect himself alot more or he won’t last long in the NFL. Bro can play. A regen of Cam Newton
