Jags fans know. I see people bringing up Jalen Hurts. Any coincidence that he had Doug Pederson his first year? Instead of drafting a qb they double down and gave him more weapons via first round picks, back to back years to go along with his elite tight end.
Yep, get an offensive minded coach like @Slangtonomo said, work on getting an arsenal of weapons, simplify the playbook and the reads.

As time goes on you can start doing that super complicated detailed shyt, and then beef up the defense. An elite defense with a young QB that keep giving you 3 and outs is useless

I don't think it's over for Fields yet, but it's obvious this regime is not putting him in a good position. But hell, they still 2-1, if they can keep fluking out wins that might give him just enough leeway to start figuring this thing out

The Bears must be ruining these QBs themselves somehow, theres no way they can miss on every single drafted QB for the last 30 years.
I mean they drafted Trubisky over Mahomes and Watson. That's the biggest L here IMO. And at the time the professional draft media praised them for it. Mediocre or raw white QBs will always be praised over polished or raw black QBs in the draft.

fukkin Bears still think it’s 1958 with this Monsters of the Midway bullshyt :mjlol:

Bears are a horrible NFL franchise where QBs go to die

This team might as well be called Chicago Bears Cemetery where we bury all QBs for eternity

the only thing you can base this on is not using one of of our two 2nd round picks at WR - but they went BPA, which is prob the wise move for a team that is rebuilding

the new regime inherited an old, overpaid roster that was missing draft capital. they shed the big contracts so they can have flexibility next offseason and now we have one of the youngest rosters in the league (thats good). they didnt exactly have room to add significant talent at playmaking positions for Justin

and before people keep regurgitating that the Bears o-line sucks, it doesnt suck - they added pieces in the draft & free agency and the line has looked, dare I say good (more specifically w/ run blocking but still)

this notion that the regime who just got hired in 2022 is failing Justin is not fair to them - blame Pace/Nagy for the situation they walked into

either way though, Justin needs to be better, regardless of the players around him. Hes not seeing the field, not being accurate, holding the ball too long exiting the pocket because he doesnt know what hes seeing out there right now

Ryan Pace QB adventure:

Cut ties with Cutler.
Signed Mike Glennon.
Traded picks to move up and draft Trubisky.
Traded a pick to bring in Nick Foles.
Signed Andy Dalton in FA.
Traded picks to move up and draft Fields.
