pulled my back coming up with 425 squatting a couple months back

WORST PAIN EVER

I had to sleep on my side and since i never do that naturally, i couldn't sleep at all

walked all funny, took like 5 minutes to stand up fully and i never let anybody at work know i fukked my back up (foolish pride and such) so they asking why im walking like that

just constant uncomfortable shyt for like 2 weeks, i took like 6 advils a day and i will NEVER attempt 425 again (without a belt)

I wouldn't blame this on lifting. This was actually a football injury that was made worse by lifting. So my take away is 🛑 playing football

Just use freeweights and calisthenics..eat right. Cardio. All you need. Heavy lifting is absurd.
