People are making this MMA and grappling to be some super mystical force that can beat anything. To suggest Ronda Rousey would beat Floyd Mayweather, one of the best boxers of all time, is ridiculous. If you have two MEN of the same size and similar skills, but one is a grapper and the other a striker, then the grappler will win more times than not, but not always. There is a huge differential in strength and speed between men and women and there's a wide gap in the talent that Rousey is fighting against and that Mayweather is fighting against.
