Her training DIDN'T change. That's the problem. The game done changed, and she's still fighting like it's 2013. I never liked Ronda much. I'm not into the whole "be humble 24/7" thing, but when you don't even do press or congratulate your opponent, you can go to hell. Humility is overrated, but graciousness in defeat isn't. The way she ran out of there after losing was pure bullshyt.

I said this before: I trained MMA back in the early-to-mid 00's (way past my prime now, but I still do the workouts and spar). As long as UFC is primary concerned with getting white-to-khaki fighters that look good in pink handwraps and bikinis, we'll get situations like this one over and over and over. When this sport gets browner and blacker, you'll never see the likes of Ronda again. Remember Gina Carano? Stepped in the ring with a Brazilian and never fought again? Exactly. And Carano actually had some hands.
