Umm having a 6-7 PF with the ability to slide into the center position is playing small ball. To close out games many times Rodman played center.

i doubt rodman ever dealt with a guy who pushes the ball like green down the court and leads the fast break

its a interesting conversation, the reality is the bulls never had to deal with 2 dead eye shooters like steph and klay continuously coming off picks over and over

i know reggie and mike had their battles but reggie never had a klay to help him spread the floor

No disrespect, but I had to neg this post. Its was just that insulting to me

Man Kukoc loved the open court. A 6-10 dude who could pass and shoot and play like Odom. Plus he had post moves (up and under, fade away and hook). The Warriors would have match up nightmares with him MJ and Pip on the court.

Dude this is Dennis Rodman who use to guard MJ, Magic and Nique. He also guarded folks like Hakeem, Shaq and Karl Malone.

Dude trust he could guard Green.

Rodman might arguably be pound for pound the greatest defensive player who ever played.....don't let the tats, hair and dresses fool you.

i didnt say he couldnt guard green, i said hes never dealt with a guy at the 4 or 5 who pushes the fast break like green. thats one of the major problems with dealing with the warriors

Bulls would win this pretty easily. Pippen Jordan or Harper would d down on Curry and while not stopping him there length would bother him enough into him having a tough game. Rodman would shut down Draymond Green with ease and whoever wasnt guarding Curry would lock down Klay.

This is actually true. Probably the worst matchup for the Warriors in these hypothetical matchups. Dubs couldn't hide Steph on Mike Ron or Scottie. Like, who does he guard? Who the Dubs got to cover Mike and Scottie? I can see the both them going crazy with the small guards of Golden State trying to check em.
He cant guard Harper?:mjlol:

The Bulls weakness was at the center position and point guard during the dynasty. In order to beat them you would need a big man and a PG. GS only has one of those.

Thompson would be in foul trouble by the 2nd qtr guarding Pip or MJ.

Thing is unlike these teams today Phil would have posted Harper up the first play of the game and went right at curry to make him play defense. Then would have brought randy brown off the bench and pressed curry bringing the ball up the court to make him use energy. Then switch Pippen on him and pressed him some more.

and you say this without watching how reggie got open over and over on mj off picks and screens?

its double trouble with the warriors, its not that easy

it sounds easy to stop but its not because both guys feed off each other

if reggie by himself could get open off screens so would steph and klay

how about the fatigue factor chasing the splash brothers all over the court? you dont think that affects other players?
