Okay. Someone who was the sole shareholder, Chairman of the Board, CEO, and President, had absolutely nothing to do with running his company for 3 years even though he was drawing a salary. Okay good luck with that one.
And the level of evidence FactCheck.org is requiring is just plain ridiculous as you can see below. The are basically saying we believe Mitt Romney because he gave the statement "Under pain of federal prosecution".

at you news of the day azz guysWhen you are leading in some form at a corporation, when you exit they sometimes offer payment for you to NOT work at another company for an agreed upon time. I have seen that happen first hand with many executives. Even though on the surface your out, you really are still tied to high level decision making even though are not on the hook as an employee.
If you are as valuable as they think you are, they will make sure they transition someone to the job and not risk messing things up because they guy they hired is not seasoned to make the tough calls. Your a offline consultant and paid the same as you were in your previous job (gotta love that).

This is only the beginning. obama's team in chicago have known for nearly 3 years that romney would end up the eventual candidate. They've been digging dirt on him since 09. There are more secrets to come in the next few months. They are waiting for the olympics to finish and the debates to start so he has to address it publicly to the American people.
