Reigns has the look and charisma, and hes being groomed to be the next mega-baby face, but he needs a lot of work on the mic ( "I'm Roman Reigns, and I'm the guy that speared you." ) and he could improve in the ring. I haven't been impressed with his singles bouts, but he will certainly stand to go far if he keeps improving and if WWE doesn't drop the ball. At this point, his best bet is staying away from the cheesy promos like the one cut on Main Event, and cut more like the one Monday on RAW, & the WWE keeping the push gradual and not throwing him out there in the middle of the bright lights at the top of the card before he's ready. Everything else will fall into place in time. He and Bray are the future, imo.

I though people said Reigns was the weakest out of the group.

Reigns may not be the best in the ring or on the mic in that group, but he's infinitely more entertaining to watch, imo. Rollins is good worker but tries too hard on the mic and doesn't really entertain until a big spot, and while Ambrose does have some of the most natural heel aura I've seen in awhile, he hasn't really impressed me. It goes back to dude simply having that "it" factor.
