This is crazy. I'm finding out things about Roman that I never knew. It's almost like he died, and I don't want it to feel like he did. 
I never had any hatred for the guy. He was just playing his role. If it wasn't him, it would have been anybody else. But hearing all this new information come out about him, it looks like he's one of the rare people in the wrestling industry that didn't come in it to be a scumbag or keep people down. It's going to be weird not seeing him for a long time, but I hope he comes back stronger and he beats this thing for good.
The business needs people like him.

I always thought people were towing the line when they talked about him, but he's really been that guy for years.
Reminds me of the way people talk about Cena. The company made mistakes with him too, but he was willing to do what he needed to for the business and commit to being the man.

Like I’m still shocked, I think. This has to be like #2 most shocking shoot announcement ever on WWE outside of deaths.
I still think Edge retiring was more shocking because it felt final. We knew he wasn’t coming back after that speech.

Now, they've even admitted he wanted to do a storyline where Shane got Stephanie pregnant.
