How did Cena not approach that record?
There were more established main event full time superstars during his era. It was #Cenawinslol, but they booked his peers to be on his level somewhat

But with Roman? :mjlol:

After pushing everyone to the side for him and finally figuring out how to make his character work, he’s going part time :mjlol:

the re-writing on Roman's era 10-15 years from now is gonna be interesting. He has everything on paper about his era to say it was on par with others ( recod breakingrevenue, big 4 ppv attendance, main evented, numbers of days champ) even though its not a boom period

Hogan was definitely involved somehow in the first 9 main events whether he had a match or not and 18 Hogan vs Rock was technically the real main event.

Nonetheless, that record won't really have Roman surpassing Cena, Austin, Rock, or Hogan in the eyes of fans or historians so I don't get the anger.
