lol This sounds like Drake with the hotel shaming, that’s a pretty nice joint…it’s not 5 star, but they’re in ATL not Paris or some shyt…whole point of a staycation is to get away from the house…get away from the kids, work (owns a construction company so home/work life likely mixed) and the trappings of your everyday routine…just seems like weird framing to partially blame some bro just taking his lady out for the night on the town for having his vehicle brazenly stolen by valet

Article isn't clear, and the video segment isn't either but I think after filing the lawsuit against the hotel they were able to get a subpoena for the camera footage.
I'm assuming the case is still pending, and the media covered it because the car was retrieved.
Was surprised that the valet wasn't arrested and charged.
That hotel in for a huge lawsuit and the breh gonna win just off them denying the surveillance footage, LAZ parking being responsible too..
Good thing is Htown police recovered the car, bruh insurance already paid out so now bruh not only can get his car back.. which cost him nothing in the end and also that hotel and Laz parking will settle out of court because they know they gonna lose that lawsuit

The Thompson is a higher end hotel, it's just more marketed towards a slighter "cooler" demo ---the one in Los Cabos is sick. The one in Manhattan is too. They tend to have a destination restaraunt too.
The price points on hotels sometimes don't reflect what the hotel is like, the Ritz and the 4 Seasons tend to be really ornate, but a little muted, because the average person staying there is a lot older. There's rarely a hot lounge or rooftop bar. It's very old world luxury.
