Rollingstone: In exchange for documents that showed iHeart did nothing wrong, Drake agreed to drop his petition. No payments were made

I have never seen a fan base more consistently wrong than Drake's.

You'd think with the law of probability they'd be correct a few times. Nope. It's as if they're in a laboratory, created new ways to be wrong. On the cutting edge of losing, if you will. Pioneers in the field of holding Ls.

It's damn near impressive.

DAnon's latest claim :mjlol:

What don't they understand about publicly traded companies having to disclose settlement payments? Its apart of their fiduciary duty to make that information available to their shareholders. The fact they're even able to put out a no comment statement tells you there wasn't a payment.

They think because iHeart didn't make an official statement about the settlement, ROlling Stone's story is false as if employees have never leaked things :russ:

Post a link to where it says he got a bag.

"What I'm guessing" would otherwise be a correct statement.

And people file frivolous lawsuits all the time, or in other cases they file a lawsuit and realize that it won't do what they thought given new facts and initial negotiations with the other party's lawyers. There could also be threats of retaliation such as iHeart proving that Drake tried to pay them etc. We all remember when he was sending gifts to Charlamagne to stop being mean to him.

There's a range of possible scenarios. Just assuming one as some known fact is weird

I don't need to post a link, we know it based on the context of the situation and the statement from Drake's lawyers "Both parties are satisfied"

A frivolous lawsuit settled that fast, okay.

I mean you not convincing nobody but yourself

Who are these we you keep on talking about sir? :patrice:

Its absolutely INSANE that this man has lived in such a bubble for the last decade that he couldn’t fathom a world in which

1). People were tired of his shyt and waiting for the right one to come humble him

2). Kendrick would be acknowledged as the wildly superior artist

3). That money couldn’t get him out of any pickle.

To the point where he truly believed that his label would conspire against him to make a diss track bringing him down to size the biggest song of the decade. Dude really thought he was THAT important. Nah nikka, Kendrick was prepared and Kendrick dropped a BOP on your ass and thats all she wrote.
