Yea I was watching Sewell hard and he played well. I thought it was gonna be a disaster. Not because he sucks but because of the layoff, playing RT for months etc. Now...what do you do with Decker? Do you see if Sewell can simply shift to the right or do you tell Decker hey man, we're paying you LT money...how about you go to RT.

:Loving the run game. Swift and Williams are a great tandem, and I think that 7th round pick can get off some nice runs if given the chance.

The offense overall looked...not good. They kept up for a bit, it was tied 7-7 after all. But the WR depth is a disaster. I'm not mad, I understand it's a process and that will be the next step. But man it was ugly.

All of you who cosigned that Stat Padford rhetoric should be ashamed :hhh:

its gonna be a long season
Stafford I've always said was good enough to win a Super Bowl on a deal with a solid defense.

A long while ago this team drafted WRs early like it was nothing. Mike Williams, Charles Rogers (RIP), Roy Williams. Now it's rough.

Lions fans on the radio salty about the love Stafford is getting lol. That could have been us getting that love, but this organization is trash. So much Stafford debate over the last decade has ignored the simple fact that this is a bad ownership group, who hired bad people, who drafted poorly. You can't win like that. We could have had Mahomes for a decade and not won shyt. Yet Lions fans will shyt on outsiders more than the owner. When push comes to shove, fans end up defending these clowns. You saw it with the DeAndre Levy drama. You saw it with the Calvin drama. You see it with the Stafford trade.

Stafford had how many good defenses? How many years with a good run game? How many years with a solid WR room outside of one guy? Hell our WR corps got better when Megatron left tbh. You can believe whatever you want about Stafford being elite or not, being great or good, whatever. I've seen bum ass QBs win playoff games for the last decade, who had great defenses and run games. We could have done that with Stafford.

He's a guy that was overly criticized and at the same time overly praised. He was good for the most part, but not great enough to carry a truly inept front office from the heights of it's own self inflicted flaws. He'll shine and get a ton of recognition in LA because he'll finally have the coaching and talent around him to amplify his strengths and even overcome his weaknesses.

Stafford is Stafford. When it’s crunch time Stafford always shows why he’s not on the Rodgers, Wilson, Mahomes level. Good not great qb.

Rams can easily finish last in that division. Don’t think there that deep of a team. And like in Detroit no running game

8-64 against teams above .500. The elite qb’s in the league wouldn’t have a winning record but they’d average more than 0 wins a year in the same situation.

The Rams went to the super bowl with Goff

Just from this Sunday you can tell the difference between them .

Stafford is on another planet compared to him .

The fact the Rams made the bowl with that nikka and the Lions couldn’t do shyt with Stafford is an indication of how shytty this franchise is .
