The features are ass lol. One of them nigs sound like a bootleg ass Stove, another one sound like a bootleg ass Boldy.

Album solid tho regardless 🤷🏽‍♂️🔥
maybe my stance will ease up with more listens but i’ve ran it back at least 3 times and i’m not moved

Are you generally a Roc fan? Like you like other joints from him? This album doesn't stray too far from his traditional sound, imo. If you're just checkin it out cause it's a new rap release and you're not that accustomed to his style then I get it, lol, his sound is extremely polarizing, you either love it or think it's ass.

tropicana
Gold Crossbow
Bebe’s Kids
Tapeworm
Went Diamond
LeFlair

All classics

The other joints are dope, I like when he does the double time.

June has the best feature, Crimeapple wasn’t bad, but I was not feeling the other guys. Pirate is always a welcome listen but they could have replaced dudes with Ka and Action

Not feeling it as much as EMB or Mt. Marci but that’s just cause it’s out the gate different flow

I fw his music from Marcberg on up. I don’t think it’s a stray from his normal sound either. I just think he did this sound more justice on albums like Reloaded or Marcielago.

Lyrically Roc Marc is the truth. This album is okay though. I think I’m over these half produce loops.

The 36 Chambers
The album run from Bad JuJu to Higher Self is dope.

Another solid addition to Rocs discography.

3.5/5 for me.

The only album I haven’t felt from him recently was Mt Marci but I think I need to give that a revisit .

Think someone in the thread said this was a mix of pimpire and another joint but they spot on. Dood put on a clinic with this album, he talkin cash sh@t. It ain’t an “experience” like reloaded or elephants mans bones but it’s solid. Him stepping out of his comfort zone flow wise is great, the features kinda make sense, it’s pretty much everyone he’s produced an album for sans Larry and a few other cats. Random but that Larry joint sounded like it should’ve been on the great escape
