Stovegod...last time we discussed this someone said Roc never signed Stovegod, he simply produced his album. So Stovegod going to Griselda wasn't him switching teams. Still I do wonder what Roc thinks about it. I get it from Stovegod's perspective - Griselda is far more active than Roc, they got multiple projects a year and recently he's been on most of them. It's a good look for him...but maybe Roc thought breh should sign with him. Dunno.

Roc met Stove while visiting Busta in the studio. He knew he was his artist so I don't get why people (Flee Lord who started the rumor) think Roc was trying to sign him when he already had a situation.

Roc isn't the type to get out there and push or promote an artist so Stove going to Griselda shouldn't be an issue. Stove said he's supposed to record another project with him so until there's confirmation that Roc has an issue is not worth thinking about.

the way people feel about droog is how i feel about bronson, but with no sassiness. BUT i fukk with that song tho :wow:

Roc did his thing on this

i still want this nikka to go back to rapping like UN/Marcberg Roc tho, will never happen :to:
At least Bronson is from the inner city and came up with brehs. Droog seems like a vulture. Could be wrong but the way he's always hanging around Mach and trying to do business with him just feels odd.

Mach and Fahim seem to be legit down with him though. Fahim been doing collabo projects, they're promoting each other heavy on Twitter. Those two don't seem like the type to have someone leeching off what they're doing.
And Action and Roc been cool since the beginning, with the obvious Alchemist link there too.
Now whether you like their music, that's a different story.

I mean I know this album isn't even out yet, but since they recorded 35 joints for this, I'm real curious if we end up with a kind of a part 2 / half sequel album later on this year like how Boldy and Al did Bo Jackson and Super Tecmo Bo last year. I feel like Roc and Al aren't just gonna sit on 20 joints forever.

The bars on this song

I'm standing over your dead parents fanning flies

THE Porsche Panamera it flies(flies on you)

Song is so thematic

Kinda reminds me of the 12 reasons to die shyt that Adrian Younge did with Ghost, especially with Ice T narrating the shyt.

Vibe is :demonic:
