He doesn't have to run faster than a normal man, but he does need to be able to move faster than 1.5 mph.

I can't lie Robocop not being able to run was always a problem for me and I never saw him as a threat. nikka took forever to walk down the aisle on WCW

Robocop don't need to be running or jogging nikka is a damn machine with a big ass gun and great aim. If they got this cat sprinting after peeps like Usain Bolt it'll kill the whole idea. Ill deal with a new suit showing off his eyes for no damn reason, but track and field Murphy would be a deal breaker.
