Currently getting good reviews. Hear the 3D is dope.

Currently 86% on RT, 95% top critics, 71 Metacritic

I've seen Man On Wire so I don't really see any reason to watch this. I probably will at some point but Sicario and The Martian will have my full attention this weekend.

Gravity in 3D IMAX was a fukking experience. I bet most of them saw a bootleg on their laptop

I loved Gravity. :wowwow2: That movie was meant to be seen in IMAX 3D period, not dvd, not blu-ray etc.

Simple nikkas here saw that shyt on bootleg () or dvd ()
and had the nerve to complain.


As far as this movie.

The visuals look spectacular, but I watched Bird on a Wire, and I didn't really like the main French dude.

He seemed obsessed with it, but I didn't understand how he made a living while he was "training" for the walk.

Did he even have a girlfriend in the Bird on a Wire?

Why couldn't they get a French actor?

I like Joseph Gordon-Levitt but I don't know about this role.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Gravity a lot. But I never liked the argument of 'You have to see it in IMAX 3D for the full experience' either, because the experience should hold up on any screen.

I saw it in 3D in Imax...great experience but the movie was but that's just because I couldn't get my head around the whole "fable" aspect of it
