Breaking the racial barrier was social, not political. Which political party is trying to claim responsibility for Jackie Robinson? :usure::birdman: Especially at that time when both were openly :mjpls:?

Jackie Robinson breaking the color barrier wasn't any more political than the Kentucky vs UTEP National Title game back in the day. Both were social and had great impacts on Black America and American Sports.

Cats stay letting these political parties obstruct our history. :hhh::camby:

I'm sorry, but i can never take a swirlers opinion on racial politics seriously.

Seen way too many "my wife is black" type cac go straight klansmen after a break up.
And too many brehs on that "im one the good ones" type shyt with their partners.
So you don't care to listen to anyone who thinks differently than you?

I don't agree with RG3 but the internet now is about finding what someone said and to be outraged about it.

This is stupid. Jackie Robinson breaking the color barrier was absolutely political, because it was a direct challenge to a political system built on segregation. You can't ignore that the barriers he faced were being upheld by laws and policies, and the resistance to integrating baseball wasn't just from fans, but from politicians and institutions, too. Stop trying to sanitize Black history to justify its erasure.
