They need to go do this for black students at PWIs next.

Good point or given that it is happening to HBCUs would that be an incentive of Black talent/human capital attending those institutions to switch over to HBCUs or do PWIs just have too much pull and powerful alumni base/network for professional prospects post graduation

PWI networks do not work for the average black alumni
I’m thinking he just wants to send a message to future black students to go to an hbcu
