When this robbery happened, Bell was out of jail on probation for a different aggravated robbery case in which he had already been sentenced for 12 years. That robbery happened on July 31, 2015.

How could someone be so stupid as to be on probation from a 12 years prison sentence and commit armed robbery for some phones and some cash?
This dude will more than likely die in prison. No probation board will make the same the mistake again. Now he has to complete the 12 years and whatever else they give him.
He better take whatever plea deal they offer him, that video will not play well in front of a jury.
