Tosh was at least original in the sense that it was internet videos, not clips from random TV shows. He applied his own humor and style to it.
Dyrdek on the other hand has a show that is also just a bunch of internet clips, without any sort of creative input. Tosh has sketches in his show.. he has actual jokes.. he has interactive feedback with twitter. Ridiculousness is just Rob and his boys laughing at old ass videos of people getting broke.
I don't like either of them really, but Tosh has his moments on his show. His standup is awful though

The fact is, none of those shows are original.. but Tosh's is the only one that actually found a solid fan base, so when Dyrdek made Ridiculous it was only natural people would consider it biting Tosh.
