The funny thing is, despite the fake parity NHL wants to promote with the OTL point, shootouts, having a point system in general, the elite teams with great forward depth (Chicago, Boston, LA, Pitt) are the true contenders and great showing it. I think the NHL is turning into a league where depth and talent outweigh grit, toughness, system all those cliches analysts spew about playoff hockey

This entire Wild/Hawks series depends on whether or not Bryzgalov is up to it and can stay consistent. If he goes out there shyts the bed and gives up a quick goal or two it could get ugly brehs
Need Parise/Granlund/Pominville etc to come up big and match the offensive production of Chi in order to stand a chance.

One team that can beat Chicago is LA....They have the skill,speed,defense,veterans and goaltending...i dont think any other team even Boston can...

Nah they werent as good last year and neither was Quick....They playing like that 2012 team right now...Not saying that will beat em but i dont think Anaheim can or any of the teams in the east.
WCF will be better than the Cup final.
Should be a good series.
