They were actually up 3-0. :beli:

Btw.. Fleury lost the game, but the whole organization is a joke, and the team effort as a whole has been pathetic. When you're getting secondary scoring from Brooks Orpik and Craig Adams of all people, you would think the guys you have to rely on like Malkin, Sid, Neal and Kunitz would be doing their job and help close games out.. but nope, they just get a early lead and coast the rest of the game. How did the Pittsburgh Penguins become the Dallas Cowboys of the NHL? And to think, I root for both teams :snoop:

Yeah I've grown up with the Penguins and the cup run in 09 was :krs: but I've been troubled by this team for a minute. Especially after they were absolutely humiliated by the Bruins last year and doubled down on their bullshyt afterwards. What's that quote about insanity = repeating the same actions and expecting different results? :childplease:

I hope so. Bylsma gets outcoached constantly, and if reports are true that his arrogance is preventing him from making strategic adjustments, then he can't :camby:fast enough. He still doesn't walk straight after Claude Julien bent him over and gave him the business in both the ECF last year and the Olympics.

I've read reports that Bylsma's tight enough with Shero and the rest of the front office that his job is safe even if they lose early in the playoffs this year; if that's the case, I'll try my damndest to go against my upbringing and go all in for the Habs or the Hawks. :damn:

And yeah, Fleury has been one of the best players for the Penguins this series (Crosby and Malkin have been persona non grata throughout), but if he doesn't go out of the crease to play the puck with less than :30 seconds left, they win the game. Not taking anything away from his performance from the rest of the game, but it's really as simple as that.

bylsma cost us a medal this year as well. dude always has that smug look on his face, like he wasn't lucky to get a stocked roster.

pens have choked like the past 3 years.
