Good review bro, I agree with most of the points. Look forward to your thoughts on the Bonus Tracks, I haven't heard those yet. Since Encore his bonus tracks have always been better than the majority of the album cuts which is crazy.

And I actually enjoy "Stronger Than I Was", don't know why, but I thought it was kind of dope, in the same vein as "Beautiful" or "Hayley's Song".

From what I understand "Survival" wasn't even going to be on the album, but it caught on with the stadium crowd. I just checked how it fared on the charts, and it peaked at #17. How the hell did that happen?

So was Cuban Linx II and that didn't stop Rae from revisiting the slums of Shaolin wearing wallabies and cooking up that marvelous shyt that gave you a feel that it was the sequel to his classic album. The album is getting flack because theres no reminisce of the MMLP whatsoever, No darkish feel, no indication of him going back to the ages of him spitting crazy shyt that we heard on Kill You, The Way I Am, Remember Me, or Criminal. He was better off naming this Recovery II because thats what the vibe of the album sound like its left off of.
