shyt like the EPA is a foreign concept overseas to most countries. When I was stationed in South Korea, we dumped vehicle fluids and shyt all the time in turtle ditches or the ground when we were out in the field. They didn't have a EPA like dept to check us on it so we just And being that it's in Africa, they don't give a shyt. Still burning trash in most areas cause there's no organized trash pick up service. These countries barely have what we would consider middle class to pay for such things.
