Rita Ora has claimed her former record label discriminated against her because she's female.
The singer, 27, previously filed a lawsuit to get out of her contract with Jay-Z's Roc Nation, accusing them of neglecting her in favour of other artists, before they counter-sued and then settled the case in 2016.
Although she insists the split from her label was amicable, she thinks she'd have had a 'better chance' if she was a man.

In 2016, Rita came to an agreement after Roc Nation sued Rita for $2.4 million for breaching the terms of her contract and not providing the required number of albums throughout the years she's been with them.
Roc Nation claims it signed Rita in 2008 when she was unknown and invested millions in her career. In return she had to deliver 5 albums, but the label says it only got one - her debut album Ora was released in 2012.

In Rita's original lawsuit in December 2015, she claimed she completed new music for her second album but the label hadn't released it, instead focusing on representing other acts on its roster.
But according to Roc Nation's lawsuit, the label has already spent more than $2.3million on marketing her second LP and the point of the lawsuit is to get the money back, reported TMZ.
The singer's attorney Howard King, stated at the time that Jay had already promised to release Rita from her contract, meaning the lawsuit could be dismissed.
King told Page Six: 'Jay Z has personally and graciously promised Rita complete freedom from Roc Nation, the details of which are now being finalized.
'We believe that Roc Nation's distributor, Sony Music, has required Roc Nation to file this action to preserve whatever rights Sony might have pending resolution.'
