the quanell X guy put this theory out there because they found a lot of her tissue in the drains. however, the cadaver dogs also detected that a corpse had been in the car. so he possibly dismembered her, and then took her corpse to the car to ride somewhere and hide the body

What's the point of that? You don't even have a body yet or a confession. Let them spill the beans before they get justice. Taking them out leaves unanswered questions or life.

yes that's how the law works. It's not what you know it's what you can prove

if they get charged now they get weak charges without a body and confession. smh

can you prove he killed her?
can you prove he molested her?
can you prove anything?

he is being held based on what they have on him which is her blood and evidence of a body having been in the car. charging him with that alone wont hold the same weight as murder and it won't prove the mom was in on it. they want more period.
