Bought this album by mistake because I thought it had "...Sunshine" on it for some reason. But it had "Searching" which is my favorite Ayers cut ever. I just saw "Stoned Soul Picnic" at the record shop earlier. Definitely going back to cop. His contributions came through in the clutch on plenty of nights when I was studying. He did his creators mission for him above expectations. Rest well Mr. Ayers.

Edit...just struck me. We've lost Chris Jasper, Jerry Butler, Gwen McCrae, Angie Stone, Roberta Flack, now Roy Ayers in the last 2-3 weeks. Some amazing artists man...
