RIP Road Warrior Animal
Yep. As much as I lift weights I realize I'll never be able to get to be as buff as them dudes was naturally.Him and Hawk had those superhuman physiques unfortunately as I got older and into working out with free weights and body building I quickly learned that that type of mass and build was not attainable natural even with the best genetics.
Yeah all those guys were on diababol, testosterone, deca, tren, or something of the sort.Yep. As much as I lift weights I realize I'll never be able to get to be as buff as them dudes was naturally.
I workout a lot and get my protein in but I'll never get to where Ultimate Warrior and The British Bulldog was in regards to physique. I remember looking at Lex Luger as a kid thinking all I had to do was lift and I could get that type of body.
Over ATCQ Grammy performanceI’m not saying anything until the wolves do their homework
“Once again Rappers ruin the Grammys with that stupid song with words like resist and no one can tell you what to do. Having people of color Muslim and Mexican come on stage, are you that stupid and can not see that where all the drugs are coming from the southern borders or all the Radical Islamic that promote death to America? Really well legends it’s your relative using those drugs ir getting killed by terrorists then you will get it. Insulting performance!”
Former Husker tight end Mike Vedral shared a story that's never been told before.
Vedral said also in Tokyo that weekend were the All-Star Wrestlers, including "The Road Warriors" (Future Legion of Doom in WWF) and other big name wrestlers such as "Mr. Fuji."
In an elevator heading up to a Tokyo night club at 3 a.m. the professional wrestlers, led by "Hawk" of "The Road Warriors" started to gang up on Nebraska linebacker David White. They called him a racist slur and White retaliated in the elevator and the wrestlers began to gang up on him.
White had no chance against the wrestlers until defensive tackle and current Husker defensive line coach John Parrella stepped in.
“I don’t think we were doing anything crazy,” Vedral said. “These All-Star Wrestlers got all drunk up and decided to pick a fight with David White. The funniest part was it was (John) Parrella that came to the rescues and he just knocked the (explicative) out of the Hawk. I thought his face was going to come off his head because Parrella hit him so hard.”
The "Hawk" was no small man either, coming in at 6-foot-3, 270 pounds, but that didn't stop the 6-foot-5, 290 pound Parrella from stepping in.
“(Hawk) said something racist,” Vedral said. “He called David White the ‘n-word’ and David tried to fight back and all of a sudden (the wrestlers) all jumped on David White and Parrella just kind of paraded through them and grabbed David White with his left hand and he unloaded on the Hawk with his right hand and we all took off. We all got the hell out of there because we didn’t want the cops to come.”
He is now asked about the incident between him and Hawk in North Korea. Scorpio said that because of that, Flair and Eric Bischoff tried to blackball him from New Japan. Scorpio starts by saying that he hates to kick dirt on someone who is dead. He said that when the tour started, he had problems with Flair and was gonig to kick his ass. The promoters pleaded with him not to do anything and he gave them his word. Anyway, Scorpio saw Hawk sucking up to Flair and called him out for that, which caused Hawk to mutter " fukk you ******" under his breath. The next day, Flair, who was traveling by himself in a Mercedes instead of on the bus with the boys. Anyway, Hawk was with Flair and looking around, almost acting as a bodyguard, which prompted Too Cold to say "let the p*ssy ride by himself." Hawk came over and took a few swings but Scorpio said that he landed three shots for every punch that Hawk threw. Scorpio in the beginning of teh interview said that he learned to box from his father. Anyway, Scorpio said that he told Hawk that this was not the place for this then Hawk landed the hardest punch he could throw, which Too Cold stated he no-sold and then proceeded to kick his ass. After it went down, they neded up hashing things out a Scorpio claimed that he even made a shank after the fight.
I just Googled a pic of what he looks like todayYeah all those guys were on diababol, testosterone, deca, tren, or something of the sort.
If you putting hours and hours in at the gym weekly combined with that shyt it will have you looking like a million bucks but it causes heart, liver, and kidney issues and shaves years if not decades off your life later on.
I'll take living 30 years longer all day long over having nice biceps, triceps, traps, and abdominal muscles for a few years.
Those guys you mentioned lifted, cycled on and off gear, probably went to the gym 3-4 hours a day, and probably had very strict low carb high protein type diets. That's actually quite impressive seeing as though gyms weren't anywhere near as widely available as they are now and they were on the road all the time.
Everyone of those guys you mentioned with the exception of Luger is dead now. Most died in their late 30s to early 50s. Luger is a shell of his former self (he probably weighs 165 now and uses a cane and wheelchair to get around).

Steroids can get you, especially super high quantities but there’s a lot of actual bodybuilders that do a lot more that go on to be healthy, most of the bodybuilders from that era “80-90’s” are still around. I think with wrestling it’s mixing the stress of the steroids, plus the pain killers, plus the rec drugs and drinking. They were absolutely brutal on their bodies. Seems like wrestler’s have gotten smarter.Yeah all those guys were on diababol, testosterone, deca, tren, or something of the sort.
