i think he had so much music in him he just had to get it out
the music industry isn't really designed to work with the way he liked to distribute his music
they probably told him to slow down and focus on making hit records and that's when shyt hit the fan
listening to his interviews, clearly he didn't care about that shyt

I wish he'd done more acoustic versions of his songs.

I actually would've loved to hear the piano shows.

I like his music, but not a fan of his production all the time

kind of surreal how his death sort of mirrored the end of purple rain, when the kid finds all of his fathers music toward the end whilst playing I would Die 4 U which the song in itself is take on jesus christ, prince died, he was very exclusive about his music, then all of a sudden it starts coming out now and hes being heralded as the greatest of all time, when people thought he was just passe
