I’d check up on all your relatives medical history, it’s really the only intel you have. A large percent of Cardiovascular disease and cancers are genetic.My little brother suffers from that and he's in his 20s. We don't know why his blood pressure spikes. He's not fat or anything, actually he's a really slim skinny guy. Before the pandemic he was at work and he called the fam saying he wasn't doing too well. I ran out the house jumped in my car and went to get him and rush him to the ER. they said that it was a good thing we got there when he did because his blood pressure was at stroke levels. Man... that guy gets on my nerves sometimes but that's my brother and I don't know what I would do if something happened to him...

I had an MRI show that I had a stroke but my doc ruled it out. One nurse constantly explained that I could've been in pampers or needing to get fluid released out of my brain with my pressure that high. The only things affected were my vision and kidney unfortunately. Hearing how worried my friends and family were shook me up...scary shyt

There’s literally a video of Moses saying he had a stroke and he thought his language career was over as he was going through his divorce, and that the doctors told him no more stress.
