I turned on the tv and saw Global Force Wrestling

GFW/Impact stopped being a lower level WCW and #2 promotion a long time ago. Its just another indy now.

Do other American Indies have TV contracts in India, South Africa, Germany and the UK though?

I'd say they've lost a lot of steps in the popularity department but that distribution is still pretty high.
