But the double standards in that & the obvious bandwagon traits. Does BC play real shyt? Have they ever? Dont they play politics too (ie. Roc Nation/Jay-Z/Tidal etc)?

Generally they both the same yet only Hot 97 get slammed.

Dont give a fukk about radio. Useless. Its obvious tho how ppl blindly just flock to whats popular, on some High School shyt. If Hot 97 is a industry slave network then so is Power 105/BC

Hot 97 breaks & has broken way more artist than 105 ever has, & its not even fair.

Some may like BC more as a morning show, but thats it. Outside that theyre both the same "slave network". Both focus on gossip, overplay the same songs & the list goes on.

As i always say - popularity is a muthafukka. Shows how easy ppl follow, sometimes without knowing.

Hot 97 has put on WAY more artists - including recently - vs 105 & its not even fair.

So BC might be the better MORNING SHOW (the actual show), but thats it. Outside that they BOTH the same if you wanna call it slave network. Both gossip. Both overplay same strip club music over and over again. The list goes on.

You're right that there seems to be two standards. It doesn't seem like people expect 105 to act right so they get a pass.

Both stations play the same BS music. When the govt of NY state looked into radio payola, it was 105 that was found to be guilty, not Hot.

For all the talk of them not breaking new artists, they have the late night mix shows and the Who's Next showcases.

And if you're talking corporate BS, 105 is Clear Channel, way more corporate fukkery than Emmis.

I won't disagree with any of what you said. Terrestrial radio is awful all around. I couldn't even tell you who the current DJ's are on my local radio, just the sports radio people
I could care less about either station...but I didn't talk about 105.7 because all they did is clown Flex for being a chump, while Ebro and the girl are cheerleading and holding a crown about being a superior radio station. Plus the only familiarity I have about what either station is playing currently is based on the thread about what Hot 97 was playing last night...and it seemed hilariously bad. I don't see why somebody would gas their team up after a performance like last night

I feel you. But you know the game, they're employed over there just like the other 3 are at Power 105 so they gonna defend & twist anything to save face. Its a job for them.

I hear you tho. Im not picking side, and people who do that are clowns lol cuz its only entertainment and doesnt benefit us at all, but my point was that they both on that bull. I said it yesterday, i aint
listened to radio in like 10 years and im not even a old cat. I just dont see what you need radio for in todays world. Kinda the same feeling i have with TV too, just me personally.

I don't like Flex being clowned for something that was most likely caused by someone in Drake's camp.

You guys really believe this dude sacrificed not only his integrity, but the integrity of Hot 97 as well for 2 nights of spiked ratings? :patrice:

Someone who had a lot of money to be lost by Drake getting further exposed pulled the plug on this whole fiasco brehs.

Claiming to have Meek's diss ready when it wasn't yet was some fukkboy shyt though, no excusing that.

Hot97,mostly Ebro, Done spent the whole week caping and copping pleas for Drake instead of showing impartiality....Im glad Meek left they station hanging like a mafuka:mjlol:

He need to just go ahead and give it to Power105 if Hot97 wanna be team Drake so damn bad:manny:

Only person Flex seems to have undying loyalty to is Mr Cee for whatever reason:sas1:
