i remember he was a judge in the NBA dunk contest, i knew something didnt seem right with him, He didnt smile too much, and was just very nonchalant in his facial expression

Right, even beyond the weight loss, I remember after Black Panther came out there were people talking about how he looked tired & unhappy during some of the press runs. And I remember some joking that it's because he was tired of talking about BP but in reality he was going through it.

It's wishful thinking but I hope folks learn that you truly never know the silent battles people are going through. You know what they allow you to know.

RIP man. Such a solid dude man. Can't believe how much strength it took to do what he did while he had stage 3 colon cancer. Picked a lot of meaningful roles. He really cared about what he was putting out especially to a black audience.

Realest of the real. I'm gonna miss him :mjcry:
