Even if someone only knows him for Black Panther, WHAT fukkING DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE!!!

It's like CACs, are really still salty Black people had our own big time superhero in the movies... as if they don't already have 50 thousand of their own

I'm really thinking about taking a break from social media

Those movies showcased black pride and accomplishment.. maybe that's why.

Dude is one helluva actor. Haven't seen a bad or average movie where he was the main character. And he's dynamic.. can play an athlete, lawyer, etc.

On my dad side, they only suffer from hypertension, im not that close, but I've never heard any talks of cancer, on my mom side, i haven't heard of any talks, on hbp and diabetes.
shyt legit scares me

If no one has a hx of colon cancer then 50 (45 in AA) but anyone has a relative one under 50 have CRC then get one at 40 or 10 years earlier than when they were diagnosed w/ it. (for example if dad had it at 46 then have a colonoscopy at 36)

you couldn't tell based on the way we treated him when bp was out. it was disheartening for me to sit in the apollo in Harlem and watch chad dis his own characther for killmonger because we want to start bullshyt discussion on who was the real hero of the film, then when we got bored with that, we told him agent ross was the hero of a film that was made for black folks.

wtf colon cancer from his 30s?? Must be familial

My sister died like this in her 30s. Fought for 4 years too. The older you get the scarier things can be. Funny, when he was at Howard Chadwick worked at one of the neighborhood bookstores down the street from Sankofa. It’s since closed down and is being turned into some gentrified shyt don’t ask me what lol. Very hardcore store in terms of Black nationalism/Pan Africanism. Perhaps this, and his overall experience at Howard, was a big reason for where he ended up.
