This one hurts and hits close to home fam. I lost my great uncle to colon cancer as a jit and witnessed him wither away.

Last june a loved one of mine wound up with a twisted bile duct. Her skin jaundiced and her eyes turned bright greenish yellow for months. Went in for surgery twice to straighten it out with a rod and found she had a mast in her stomach (b cell lymphoma).

To see someone you love go through chemo is damaging. To see their hands and feet turn black and crying out because of pain and you can't do nothing can break your spirit. To hear them tell you they haven't slept in days because of the steroids given prior to chemo is just too much. The stress thinned me down some and made my hair fall out.

My loved one beat her cancer and is winning the fight so far but I stress so damn much everday cause with cancer tomorrow could be the comeback of that shyt fam.

shyt

.......:mjcry:

My aunt passed from cancer when I was a 18/19 (several other family members later on as well) she was so strong and independent and this damn sickness completely took her out. Seeing all her hair gone and weeks before she died she took some kind of medication or some shyt and she literally turned into a 2 year old. Crazy to see that up close at a young age. It definitely changed me as a person. Now my boy’s child is battling leukaemia. Brought a tear to my eye when he told me.

Wow.

I don't know why I'm so sad even though I never watched the movie. It's a testimony of how big and legandary his role and work were.

Sad to die so young in the middle of your glory.

He did good.

RIP.

The sad part is he was fighting cancer for 4 years, in between that time is when he was doing the black panther and getting all types of success

not only that. There were 2 children who had cancer and were terminally ill that were hoping to live long enough to see Black panther. They both died before it came out

He was fighting cancer at this point, too:mjcry:

This right here hits even harder now. I was just thinking about the young boy Ian and as to why his passing hit Chadwick so heavy.

I still can't process this Brehs and Brehettes :mjcry:

Rest easy Chadwick and thank you for being a integral part of the culture.

I agree. I had to look up when BP came out. I'll just say Disney cant and wouldn't disclose his medical records. Your last job can't tell your you new job about your medical issues. There is an acronym for it. Obviously your doctors know and employers know but it's not like random people like us would know:dahell:

HIPAA.
