in june he was taking to the er and in a wheelchair so these past two months must have been hell for him and his family. The one solace we can find is that their is no more pain and agony, he is at rest. I've lost two family members to cancer this year my great grandma and my cousins wife, and its a horrible horrible painful experience they go through, although its extremely sad they are no longer here at least they are at rest in a place where there is no more pain or sorrow.

Let his passing serve as motivation. This man was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer and STILL changed his body for the biggest role of his life when Black Panther started production. All the appearances, interviews and subsequent movie roles over the years while battling a cancer that was eating away at him.


If you've got a functioning mind, two arms and two legs there's absolutely no excuse as to why you can't chase excellence every single day.
