I mean think about it. Hurd is like 6'2, 163-175lbs come fight night. Quick hands, great chin and recuperative powers, comes forward, and throws a shyt load of punches from different angles. That shyt is all wrong for a 36 year old GGG. GGG will have to use the Lemieux gameplan, but with more firepower since Hurd won't get beaten with just a jab alone. I think GGG wins, but it won't be easy. He'll have to work for it. Murray is half the fighter Hurd is and he damn near went the distance by just coming forward and throwing combos while eating shots. Dude was shoeshining GGG all night.
Hurd looks just as big or bigger than Jacobs and this nikka won't be afraid to use his size and physical strength advantage like Danny was. Hurd coming in there to take it to the champ. Not run around and flurry box to a decision loss where GGG haters can say you won and thats it. Different mentality makes for a different fight.
We seen that moving away from GGG doesn't work, if you not willing to out throw and out land him. Andrade and Big Charlo are capable of that. That's not Hurd's game tho. He's gonna live and die with pressuring the bully.
